What if my honey arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at care@elhampremiumhoney.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item; we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, if there's any issue with your order, please reach out we truly want you to be happy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we do in certain cases. If your order is incorrect, missing, or not up to our usual standards, contact us and we’ll review the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may take a little longer to reflect the refund.
