Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

​At Elham Premium Honey, our goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local delivery: We offer next-day local delivery through Trexity. On the day of delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Domestic Flat Rate Shipping:  For orders shipped within Canada, we ship using Canada Post

In-store pickup: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our home-based store, 121 St NW, Edmonton, AB, Postal Code T5X0H2. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. 

Our home-based store pickup hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 am-08:00 pm and weekends from 10:00 am to 08:00 pm. Please have your order confirmation number with you when you come.

International Shipping
We are working to offer international shipping soon. Please check for updates.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a Trexity or a Canada Post tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available from Canada Post. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@elhampremiumhoney.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us at care@elhampremiumhoney.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item; we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, if there's any issue with your order, please reach out we truly want you to be happy.

 We refund in certain cases. If your order is incorrect, missing, or not up to our usual standards, contact us and we’ll review the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may take a little longer to reflect the refund.
