Where do you ship?

We proudly ship across Canada and internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us directly. We’re happy to help.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and delivery method.

Bundle & Save: Orders of 2 jars or more within Canada qualify for free shipping.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Within Canada: 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Choose local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please have your order confirmation number with you when you come.

Will my honey arrive safely?

Absolutely. Each jar is carefully packed by hand using eco-friendly, secure materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, whether it’s going across town or the world.
